This Week 28.02

MONDAY

I watched all three hours of the climbing combo invitational & then watched the mens. I recently joined the climbing gym in Santa Cruz called Pacific Edge & am fully submersed. Loads of people at this gym actually climb in yosemite & it is only slightly intimidating...but I really want to improve so I hope to spend a lot of time there.

Tuesday

Two summers ago I got really into herbal teas - oat straw, raspberry leaf & nettle. I forgot how lovely they are to drink & how healthy they make me feel so I stopped by a market with an excellent bulk section to pick up some herbs.

This is a class of rASPBERRY TEA.

Wednesday

my house-mate natalie & I want on an evening stroll to seabright beach before I headed to the climbing gym to take a belay lesson.

fRIDAY

Zoe & i met in 2017 when I was traveling through south america.

We met in Ecuador, she invited me to stay with her when I eventually made it to Santiago de chile & we have been friends since.

She came down from san fran for a quick weekend visit: we ate, thrifted, & talked for two days straight.

that evening hit up santa cruz mountain brewery with natalie for a beer
