Going to the farmers market is always exciting, but during a pandemic it became even more so. it was so lovely to be among people and fresh produce, especially the strawberries, locally grown avocados & rye bread.

rye bread will always remind me of friends in Norway, Astrid & ingrid. This loaf was particularly good & I cannot wait to get settled one day & practice my own rye loaf.
