Fishing In Vestfjord
By early August the midnight sun had set, but the days remained long with light until well after midnight. This meant that even after dinner service, we could still decompress with a little sunset fishing trip.
I wasn’t that interested in the fishing part, I was in it for a tiny sense of adventure, for the sunset and to enjoy a few peaceful moments in a little boat on the Norwegian sea.
It turned out to be an epic sunset.
These two goons are called Tom & Ondrej, they are both chefs on the island and alternate cooking lunches and dinner each night for guests.
